Shipping & Returns

US & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS
All US and international orders are subject to clearance by customs which may cause a delay in the delivery of your package as well as additional customs duty charges for the recipient. All customs duties and taxes are the responsibility of the purchaser.
Once your order has been processed, it will be good for pick up at the Toronto Queen St. West Flagship Shop and we will contact you as soon as your item is ready. Visit us at the shop located at:
721 Queen St. West.
Hours: Mon-Sat 1:00pm-8pm, Sunday 1:00pm-6pm
All sales are final, with the exception of damaged or defective items and size exchanges.
Exchanges will be honoured up to 21 days from when the product was received.
For damaged/defective goods, either a replacement will be sent or a store credit of equal value will be issued. If 21 days have gone by since your purchase was delivered, unfortunately we cannot offer you a store credit or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, please return your item unused and in the same condition that you received it in, also include a receipt or proof of purchase.
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your return and a store credit will be issued (not including shipping costs).
If you need to exchange for a different size, send us an email at email@example.com to verify we have your size in stock. If not in stock, you can substitute for another item with the same price or receive a store credit of equal value.
Once we receive your item, we will send you an invoice via email for the shipping charge to send the new size to you, once paid your item will be sent as soon as possible.

Customers are responsible for all shipping costs associated with returns. This includes the postage to get a new package sent to you, and any customs duties or taxes imposed on packages during shipment. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
